We ate twice during our visit to Nashville and it was convenient to our hotel and did not disappoint. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice tablecloths with fresh flowers . We had breakfast on both visits and had omelets, fried chicken biscuits , eggs and the Gouda grits which are very good. The pancake was very good. They have a wide assortment of food choices along with full service bar. Great place!

Was very surprised that this restaurant offers valet. This made parking very easy. I stopped by during breakfast and they have an extensive breakfast & brunch menu. Very comfortable and cozy. I loved that they laid down a fresh linen tablecloth with each dining party. The food was simple and yummy. I ordered the Midtown Breakfast. It was affordable and filling. They offer a shuttle service to The Ryman, so I plan on making reservations for dinner before a concert at the Ryman soon.

This was an unexpected surprise. I happened to go for a walk and saw the spot, but it also came up on my Yelp. This seems like a neighborhood eatery with plenty of history. 35 years to be exact. Place was packed and boomin, and now I see why. I ordered the Coca Cola short rib which amazing. Tender, flavorful, and succulent. Only complaint was the tight seating and loud environment. But if you're looking for good food and a good vibe, then this is the place, especially in Nashville.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!!! Right across the street from my hotel so it's very convenient. If I wanted to I could have all three meals of the day at this place!!! The roasted pork tenderloin is to die for. I never knew you could cook your tenderloin at a medium temperature until now. So moist and flavorful. The absolute best!!! I'm not from the south so I wanted my fix of biscuits and gravy- she was so sweet and brought me a side of gravy!!! Sausage gravy had a decent kick. Totally did the job. The cranberry mimosa was fresh and crisp. It's a very intimate setting. Small and cozy. My type of restaurant. I'll definitely be back every time I go to Nashville

Excellent food, service and ambiance. Midtown Cafe is a Nashville original and the place to go for good old authentic Nashville hospitality and food. Complimentary valet and very cozy inside. Amazing brunch/breakfast menu and affordably priced. The omelette was very tasty. They have an amazing lunch, dinner menu as well as a full service bar. Great accommodating groups, business meeting or just dining alone. I highly recommend and it's definitely one of Nashville's best places to enjoy brunch.

What a great experience! Everyone was so welcoming! The food was great. I hate I didn't get our waitress name because she was wonderful. This was my first time visiting Midtown Cafe and I will definitely come again!

This amazing place was within walking distance of our hotel. We did not have reservations, but had no problems getting seated right away. I loved the ambiance of this restaurant and the lighting was just perfect. I noticed that there was a small bar available with a great selection of bourbon. I decided to try the Caesar salad and Chicken Scaloppini. My husband ordered the salmon. His salmon was seasoned to perfection, the texture was great and the risotto was very good. My chicken was very tender and the flavor was just delicious! For dessert, we tried the Jack Daniels Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie. It was served with ice cream which made it even better. The service at this restaurant was excellent. This place was the perfect spot for a date night. There were a few groups of maybe 4-5 people, but it was not too loud. Overall, great dining experience. We will be sure to return for breakfast the next time we are in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Ran into Chapel Hart here if that also helps. I came to Midtown Cafe for breakfast during my birthday weekend. I hadn't been here before but the food was delicious! Out server was super nice and willing to remake my aunt's order when it came out incorrectly. It was corrected so fast! I ordered their tostadas and highly recommend.
